The department of Computer Engineering has well-equipped laboratories, furnished classrooms and highly experienced faculty with a love for teaching. Our students analyze, design, and evaluate computer systems, both hardware and software. They work on systems such as a flexible manufacturing system or a “smart” device or instrument. They also work on the planning, development, testing, and even the supervision of manufacturing of computer hardware.

The work of a computer engineer is grounded in hardware, but also focuses on operating systems and software. They may also focus on computer networks for the transmission of data and multimedia. Computer engineers understand logic design, microprocessor system design, computer architecture, computer interfacing, and continually focus on system requirements and design. We teach every aspect of the subject meticulously and make the students perfect with hands-on practice so that students of this computer engineering college can boldly face the challenges ahead in constantly growing technological world.



4 years (Lateral Entry mode of admissions during second year of the program is applicable for Diploma holders)

Students would be eligible only if they have obtained more than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics group in class XII and 45% for caste reservation.

Programming, design, development, assembly are few upcoming openings for potential computer engineers. Other opportunities lie under software development, systems designing and analysis, network engineering and hardware engineering.

  • Computer Engineering Student Association (CESA) is a student-run organization which provides the platform for different technical as well as curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
  • Techie News Board is a technical event for students and by the students. It is a monthly event where technical articles are collected from students and are sorted out intensively to select the best every month.

Prof. Amit Zore has completed Diploma, B.E. and M.E. in Computer Engineering. He has total 11 years of teaching experience. His area of interest is Data structures, Networking, Data Mining, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Network Security and Parallel Computing. He has published 18 International and 2 national papers as well as participated in several workshops and training programs. He is awarded “Best paper presentation” in Cpgcon 2014. He is a Lifetime member of ISTE. Moreover under his guidance many students have chosen their higher studies in foreign universities.
